Nothing like getting the keys, champagne, and the day off to go play in Your OWN new house!!! Congratulations!
I have permission to share this story. I’ll keep it short and sweet but get your hanky ready just in case. I met Jim and Judy this summer; they had recently gotten married and now wanted to buy a home and live together. Typical, right? Except they had dated for 18 years, just got married, and they are both in their late 60′s! The gentleman told me his goal was to live in a home together with his bride while he was still alive! WOW! So we had the task of selling her condo in Cambridge, and his house in Brighton, and finding them a single family home that met their needs. He wanted a house with a garden, and a place for his piano, so that’s what we found!
Today we closed on both her condo (69 Harvey #9 in N Cambridge) and also their fabulous and beautiful single family home in Arlington. It was a big day!
After living in separate homes for the past 20 years, packing up was a huge task. Change is hard at any age! Their love, vision, humor, and dedication fueled them through the exhausting journey, and helped them move mountains to arrive at their Dream Home in Arlington. Congratulations newlyweds, welcome home!
Thanks to Mike Tanionos of Wells Fargo, Brian Spillane of Bob Allen Law Office, Margo Lubin of CBRB Cambridge, and Deb Coakley of C21 Adams. It took teamwork to pull off this chain of events, so thanks to all who made it happen!
Eddie and Beth run an amazing shop in east Arlington, fixing/selling lawn and garden equipment. Snow blowers too! They can fix ANYTHING and at fair prices. If you do your own lawn care, put them on your speed dial! 781-646-6190 Minuteman Repair, 111 Mass Ave, Arlington. Bonus: They pick up and deliver (Arlington & Lexington)
— here my lawnmower is on the “operating table” — now it works like NEW!
After some interesting twists and turns, Jasmin and Andrew Jackson take ownership of their Dream Home in Waltham! (Helpful that they attended a First Time Home Buyer Seminar!)
Finding good food after 9:30pm on a Monday night can be challenging! Za was welcoming, our server Addie should be promoted for her five star hospitality, and the cook really piled on the chicken and broccoli to our pizza. We left very satisfied!
